Midfielder Mohamed Sissoko has said that his confidence has received "a huge boost" after signing a new four-year contract with Liverpool FC.The 22-year-old Malian international put pen to paper on a deal that will tie him to the five-time European champions until 2011 and puts an end to speculation linking him with a possible move away from Anfield. "It was never in my thoughts to leave Liverpool," he told the club's official website. "It has obviously given me a huge boost to my confidence that the manager believes in me and wanted me to stay.
